Terms of Service

By creating an Accoutify account or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and Refund & Guarantee Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your use of purchased accounts complies with local laws.

Accoutify sells access credentials to pre-existing, manually verified digital accounts on third-party platforms (e.g. Gmail, Instagram, PayPal). Accoutify is an independent marketplace and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any platform listed. All platform names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

To purchase, you must create a free Accoutify account using an email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity that occurs under your account.

All payments are made in supported cryptocurrencies (Ethereum, BNB, USDT, USDC, Monero). Prices are listed in USD and converted to the chosen cryptocurrency at checkout. Payments are final upon blockchain confirmation. Accoutify does not accept fiat, credit cards, or chargeback-enabled payment methods.

Social media and messaging accounts are delivered to your dashboard automatically after payment confirmation. Premium verified accounts (payment processors, ad accounts, exchanges) may require up to 24 hours for additional handoff verification. Delivery status is visible in your dashboard.

You may not use purchased accounts for: (a) illegal activity under your local laws; (b) harassment, stalking, or doxxing; (c) fraud, phishing, or identity theft targeting individuals; (d) CSAM, terrorism, or violent extremism. Violations will result in immediate account termination with no refund.

Using purchased accounts may violate the target platform’s Terms of Service (e.g. Instagram’s rules against account transfer). You assume all risk and responsibility for platform-side consequences. Accoutify’s guarantee covers pre-existing issues only — not bans resulting from your activity on the account after delivery.

Refunds and replacements are governed by our Refund & Guarantee Policy. Every account includes a 1-year replacement guarantee for pre-existing issues and a 14-day refund window for accounts that do not work on delivery.

The Accoutify brand, website, code, content, and design are the property of Accoutify. You may not copy, scrape, or redistribute any part of the service without written permission.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Accoutify makes no warranty that any account will remain functional indefinitely beyond the terms of the guarantee. Platforms may change their Terms of Service, verification requirements, or security protocols at any time — outcomes outside the guarantee window are not Accoutify’s responsibility.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Accoutify’s total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific account in dispute. Accoutify is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

Accoutify may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may close your account at any time by opening a support ticket. Termination does not void guarantees on orders completed prior.

These terms may be updated periodically. Material changes will be posted on this page and reflected in the “last updated” date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Any dispute arising from these terms is resolved through binding arbitration. The prevailing legal jurisdiction is determined by Accoutify’s operating entity at the time of dispute.
